All our products are shipped from The Hague, The Netherlands. Here are the average shipping times, but keep in mind that this may vary during holiday season and the pandemic.


The Netherlands and Belgium: 2 – 3 business days

European Union: 5 – 10 business days

Rest of the Europe: 10 – 15 business days

United States and Canada: 15 – 25 business days

Australia and New Zealand: 20 – 25 business days

Rest of the world: 15 – 25 business days


These are roughly estimated times but your package in some cases may arrive even sooner. We usually send all orders within of 1 to 3 business days after the purchase. If otherwise, you will be notified in your confirmation email.

If the estimated time for delivery for the item you purchased has passed  and you chose a shipping method with a tracking number, we encourage you to check with your local post office. If they cannot give an answer or help you, then send your inquiry to astroglorious@gmail.com.

If you have purchased an item and chose a shipping method without a tracking number, send your inquiry to astroglorious@gmail.com and we will open a ticket with our mail delivery service.

We offer shipping with tracking number and without. If you have purchased your item without tracking number then we cannot provide you a number to follow your package.

If you have purchased an item with shipment option that offers tracking number, then you will find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Note: All orders shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium have free shipping and are sent with the tracking number.

The shipment costs vary depending on have you opted for a shipment with or without tracking number. They will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

Note: as a retailer you are responsible for covering all the import/customs taxes that might be applicable.

Our digital products are in PDF format for a direct download and can be read on the most devices. Keep in mind that kindle reader and other specific readers require special format and they may not support PDF format. We do not offer any other formats but PDF.

Due to security reasons downloads are limited to 5 times for 1 digital product after the purchase. 

After you have received your download link, save your file to a place where you will have easily access to it and you can transfer/copy from one device to another.
