WHAT IF MY PERSONAL REPORT IS NOT DELIVERED WITHIN 5 TO 10 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE?

In the product description is clearly stated if the report is customized or directly downloadable. If it is a personal report, then it is specifically written and customized for each person. They are personalized, thus they require time to represent deep analysis in full details. Sometimes due to a high volume of work, it might take longer (up to 10 days) to be delivered to you. But that is only because we strive to deliver high-quality reports with precise and valuable information. Please understand that we make every effort to send your order, and if this is impossible, you will receive a refund. If the report was sent to you, but you didn’t get it or manage to access it, send your inquiry to astroglorious@gmail.com to let us know. We can also put a file on a secure online place for you, where you can download it, if you prefer this method.

WHAT IF I FILLED OUT THE FORM WITH WRONG DATA?

WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW MY BIRTH TIME?

Then, in the field for birth time indicate it is unknown. Don’t use 12 PM or any other guess. You still can order your report, but in that case, solar chart is derived (your sun is put on the ascendant).

WHICH HOUSE SYSTEM IS USED?

Generally, Placidus system house is used. In the case of unknown birth time, we derive solar horoscope (where we place the sun in the first house) and equal house system is used.

DO YOU USE MY INFORMATION FOR OTHER PURPOSES BESIDES MAKING THE ORDER?

Absolutely not. We don’t add email addresses to mailing list. The information you provided with your order is used solely for report purposes.

DO I NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

No. Astroglorious site’s payment getaway is operated by Paypal but you have options to pay by credit, debit or master card…Keep in mind that all payment details are sent to Paypal and not to astroglorious. When you place your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from Paypal to the email address provided to make the payment. Paypal sends astroglorious an email with each order that gives the order details and email address, not any payment information (credit card numbers or banking accounts). We cannot charge your card additionally. If you, by any chance have placed the order twice or made a mistake in your order, please contact us at astroglorious@gmail.com so we can sort this out.
