For all digital products, all sales are final.

The products that are discounted and/or on sale cannot be returned or refunded.

For physical products, you have 30 calendar days to return your item. You are obligated to pay for a shipping cost. To be eligible for the refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

To be eligible for a refund, as stated in the earlier paragraph, the returned item must be unused, in its original package, and without damage.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation that we received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days, depending on your bank.

If, after 10 business days from your refund approval you haven’t received your refund, please check first with your bank and/or credit card company. Beware there can be prolonged processing time for your refund to appear on your bank account. If you’ve done all of this and still your refund hasn’t appeared, please contact us at

Partial refund

In certain situations you may be eligible only for a partial refund:

– if the journal or other physical product has obvious signs of usage, it’s damaged, it’s not in its original condition and/or has missing parts that are not due to our mistake.
– the item is returned after the 30 calendar days after delivery.

In such cases, you are eligible for 30% of the original price of the product for a refund.

We cannot issue a refund for the item that has been lost or missing during shipping. For those reasons, we strongly encourage you to purchase your item with a shipping method that offers a tracking number.


We will replace your item only in case you received a wrong item, the item is damaged or defective due to our fault. Please send your inquiry to so we can solve that immediately.
